We proposed a full gut remodel and exterior makeover.  New Kitchen, Bathrooms, finished basement.  Reworked the garage entrance to make room for a mudroom and 1st floor laundry.

Center Island Contracting completed the project, on time and within budget.  The construction cost, including all high end finishes and appliances was $345,000.

3 months later this house was better than new including, all new HVAC system, windows, siding, & roofing.

The finishes from DISTINCTIVE DESIGN HOME CENTER were unique and represented the client’s personal taste.
