Step One

FIND

That old saying still holds true, “location, location, location”.  Any house can be renovated, improved, or re-built to meet your personal needs and taste, but the location is forever.

Finding the worst house in the best neighborhood, allows you to customize a house into a “Better than New Home”, without the spec builder limitations and costly upgrades.

Set Up a Time to Meet With Renovation Realty

We Do The Searching

At your initial consultation; we discuss location preferences, budget, and a wish list.

Then Renovation Realty begins the search for your hidden gem.

We find fixer-upper opportunities in a great neighborhood and  present you with our makeover concepts, floorplans, and construction costs.

Knowing the renovation costs upfront allows you to make the best offer on the property. Having a construction expert in your corner during this phase allows you to make the best informed decision for you and your family.

Step Two

DESIGN

Once we FIND a home and a purchase contract is entered into with the seller, we begin the DESIGNS for the renovation while considering the outlined overall budget.

We provide Floorplans, 3D elevations, and virtual tours to allow for the best visualization to show the transformation of that particular house into your Forever Home.

While waiting on permits, financing & closing, our designers will work one on one with you through the material selection process, in our private selection center Distinctive Designs Home Center.  We have built a private showroom with 1000’s of tile selections, cabinetry choices, countertop samples, flooring and all the interior and exterior finish selections you will need to make. This provides our clients with a One Stop Shopping experience while balancing budget and finishes for your lifestyle.

The final designs will then be turned into construction documents, with all selections and specifications completed awaiting any approvals.

Step Three

BUILD

Once steps 1 & 2 are completed, Center Island Contracting Inc. is ready to build.
